WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF HEART...
Your heart is really a muscle. The heart is the main organ in the circulatory system. It's located a little to the left of the middle of your
chest. Your heart is sort of like a pump. The main work of heart is transportation of nutrients in all parts of the body.
The rite atrium of your heart receives oxygen-poor blood from the body and the rite ventricle pumps the oxygen-poor blood to the lungs through the pulmonary valve.
The left atrium of the heart does exact opposite: It receives oxygen-rich blood from the lungs and the left ventricle pumps oxygen-rich blood through the aortic valve out to the body. Oxygen-rich blood from the lungs enters the left side of the heart through vein and the poor oxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs blood from the heart to the lungs by artery.
